COURAGE TO CHANGE RANCHES

Our People

"We are really impressed with the staff
you've assembled here. We seldom see this kind of quality
in any program, much less in a rural area."

-- Inspector for the State
Certifying Agency, 6/2008

Our staff exceeds the state standards of staff-to-patient ratio, permitting us to give individual attention to our patients. Our Counselors have high levels of "Certified Addiction Counselor" (CAC) training and experience. Additionally, we in-service and cross-train continually. Almost everyone on Staff is in some kind of training, be it Pharmacology or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

More than half of our staff members are themselves in recovery from alcoholism and addiction. This weights our program toward a non-judgmental, egalitarian, supportive approach, which shows respect for all who share our path.

Our business structure is a non-profit corporation, with the following principals:

Executive Director

Board of Directors

Judith Ann Miller has a Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Relations, and decades of front-line experience in Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Addictions. Her 5 years of post-doctorate education and experience are in the area of Neuroscience.
